Analysis

We reviewed the company’s import records and found that a significant number of shipments lacked valid origin certificates. This disqualified them from FTA benefits and caused delays. Supplier communication gaps and missing internal checks contributed to the problem.

Challenge

Solution

Supplier training sessions were organized to improve the accuracy of origin documentation. A tracking system was implemented to monitor FTA compliance. We coordinated with customs to reclaim benefits for previous shipments and ensured all future imports met FTA requirements.
